Timing belt and chain install
So I have my timing belt on and properly tensioned with the cam lock tool installed.
My question is with the crank locked at tdc and the cams locked with the cam lock tool should the arrows line up from the cams to the heads? Currently I can't see any arrows on the cams. That's the PS head by the way.

The cams don't have arrows ... they have square notches that arrows should point to ... you need to look straight down to see these (not visible in your photos) .

Have you turned the engine by hand at least 2 full revs?
Also, if the cam adjuster is extended upwards into it's full advance position, it would pull the intake cam lobes back toward the adjuster as pictured.
If a few turns of the engine (by hand only) doesn't pop the adjuster back into retard position (it has an internal lock to hold it in retard position when all is normal...engine off, no oil pressure), and/or better line up the timing marks, try pushing down on the adjuster.
It is 15 on bank #2 (DS)...and doesn't look to be a full tooth off.
