Default A8 D3 heating does not blow warm
I drive in the city heating spirit slightly warm. when you go out of town disappears and starts to blow cold

the car is warmed up to 90 degrees. outside temperature showed 15 degrees. I drive the car in the city's spirit slightly warm, but outside the city with high speed starts to blow cold

...still sounding like stuck open (failed) main thermostat as a working theory.
