Have you done this:

[Select]
[34 - Level Control]
[Coding - 10]

Stock code is: 0015510 Ride height can be adjusted by changing those 5's. The first one is for the front and the second one for the rear. 4 - 0 will set lower ride for 5 - 25 mm (5 mm per digit). 6 - 9 will set higher ride for 5 - 20 mm. This will change all MMI settings for the same amount. Make your choice than:

[Do It]

Heights are probably different for S6 but the main idea is same. Unless it is totally different system. In that case I can't help you.

Will check on it tomorrow, as it is 330am here! Thank you so much for the info, more than anyone else has been able to offer! My dealer even refused to lower it, though I've heard others have done it for customers. Anywho thanks again!

Default S8 Stock code

Does anyone know what the stock code is for an S8?

I presume it isn't 0015510, perhaps 0011110 (20mm lower than standard A8).

I feel like mine rides a bit high and wonky so will be recalibrating this weekend if the weather holds out.

Thanks.

Default Its the same code

Coding: 0015510

The above is pulled from my 2007 S8

The difference in height comes from sports suspension, not coding.

Well.... tried this today. Could not get it to work. I went through the first few steps. Got the new values close to where my measurements were but couldn't get to channel 5. It shows an error. Not sure where to go from here. now I am stuck in automatic mode and have a fault code that says the suspension positions are not learned.

Any thoughts?

Read the instructions (first post) again and be sure that you understand everything. If there is any doubt ask before you do it again. Or come to Vancouver and I will do it for you.

I figured out my error. I was not hitting the save button after every wheel height adjustment. All set now.

Mishar, thank you for this write up. Just did this 10 minutes ago. It took me about 45 minutes total once I started the procedure.

To those looking to do this, read this thread 3 times before you start, all the answers are here.

I went with "01" coding and achieved the results as shown below.

How many days did you cruise around with the light on before it allowed you to make changes? I'm pretty much getting invalid on channel 2 no matter the coding (including stock coding) or values being entered. Even cleared fault memories and performed a battery reset but to no avail.

My D3 has the sport suspension so it's at 396/378 to start. I was able to get 381/363 to take the other night but I had to try to tweak it a little more...
