The battery could be getting old by now. Mine lasted until about 135,000 miles and then started behaving very strangely. I had the trans in limp mode and some odd things not working as the voltage was dropping too low for everything to work normally, especially as the starter load caused the voltage to drop even lower. I even had the headlights flashing on and off at night when the car been parked for a couple of hours.
Mine is keyless however and that did not fail to continue working as normal.
