Default Codes after replacing after-run coolant pump

Had a shop recently replace the problematic after-run coolant pump. The car as 105K on the ticker and it was about time. Started to notice the coolant levels drop and noticable liquid on the garage floor. About a week after the work the check engine light came on. Popped on the Vag, below are the codes.

This seems like an interesting combination. 17965 implies a boost leak. Not surprising considering the shop had to remove the intake manifold to get to the after-run pump. The EGT sensors on this car suck; I've replaced two previously. However, the 'camshaft adjustment' code scares me. Never seen that one before. Never seen that one before. Any advice?

All the codes could be due to electrical problem. Check if they didn't crush cable(s) between manifold and block...

Any idea which side 'Bank 2' is on? Passenger or driver?
