Default Problem with xenons left rear sensor

I lowered my 02 a4 a week ago and ever since then the dash displays the auto leveler idicator, off and on. It comes on after I drive awhile. When I turn off the car and start it again, it goes away. I hooked it up with a vag tool and it says Left rear sensor. What should I do. IS there something worng with the sensor maybe they didnt mount it correctly? Or do I have to manually adjust the left drivers side head light? anyone can help me have any ideas

Default After you lowered the car did you...

reset the headlights to Basic Setting 2?
This is straight from the Bentley CD: "After replacing a headlight, level sensor or control module, the basic setting must be initiated"
