The glowplug with an open circuit should be checked to see if a wire has broken or if the glowplug has no resistance. The controller cannot measure any significant current flow - hence the open circuit designation.

An intermittent fault means that at the time of the scan, the fault was no longer present. I would clear the fault and see if it recurs.

I never suggested changing the glow plug. I suggested that you check the resistance and the wiring. Throwing parts at problems is the expensive way to fix the car.

As to the intermittent fuel pressure, my guess is you have a fuel pressure pump that is in the process of failing - or the regulator is in the process of failing. That it is intermittent and if you are not seeing any other problems, my reaction would be to leave it be for now but to start searching for what might be the cause in that system. i would be prepared for the car to fail in the near future.

Fuel pressure problems should manifest in reduced performance - the fuel delivery not keeping up with the demand.

You asked for suggestions, Bruce gave you the same suggestion I would. You waited, pulled only one code and asked for suggestions again.

You didn't mention if you followed Bruce's advice and checked the wiring/glow plug, was that done?
