2005 Audi 1.8t 20v misfire problems
Well ever since last year I’ve been working on my Audi about “check coolant levels switch engine off” So I felt like replace almost the whole engine.
What I had replace is;
water pump how it all started.
Thermostat
which lead to crack cylinder head an worn out vavels gaskets.
So bought a 300$ Volkswagen well put together cylinder head.
New gaskets on cylinder an cylinder heads and intake an exhaust.
Replace alternator
replace battery.
and new coolant flange.
as I start my car, when idle, it roughly shakes. I’ve Read the codes became a misfire problems on all cylinders.
So it over heats as well. Coolant signal goes off still. Coolant evaporates while driving. So still an overheating problem. I even switch my spark plugs change my intake filter. Still having over heating/misfire/roughly idle problems/evaporating coolant. Their are no leaks. And my cat is gone bad. Air stat off don’t know if that’s normal. It’s been really hard to figure it out.
