well if u go down below u see my post about my dash. i checked the fuse as i was told and found the licence plate light out.replaced it and bamn, my dash lights up. i feel so bad for myself b/c i've been driving it with the blown fuse for 4 months.ouch. CONCLUSION, the dash is controlled by more than one fuse. now i have to figure out what happened to the CEL (does not light up after i touched the bulb)

The dash went out because of a blown license plate bulb? That's nuts (but good to know).

Maybe the CEL bulb was on for so long that it burned out? ;-)

i had 1 bulb on my speedo side go out. so i rpelaced that bulb with a known good one from one of the other gauges (dont remember which, but oit was the same bulb). after that i had no tach lights. so i switched some bulbs around and then had no speedo lights and no odometer lights. this went on until i just went ahead and bought all new bulbs. problem solved.

Just replace the ones that burn out or flicker; don't bother switching them around.
