rotate the front tires today by hand. They took a lot more effort then they should to move around.
While driving, if I slightly depress my brake, then the high pitched squeel (almost like a dog whistle) goes away.
What do I do to fix these? I don't know much more then the basics about brakes, but I don't really feel like taking them in to get them checked/fixed by someone else. Any ideas? It's only the front two.
