throttle intake duct leak

Default throttle intake duct leak

sorry if theres already a thread about this, i checked and i didnt see one but i didnt look real hard either. but i have a major vacuum leak coming from my throttle intake duct. i have a seal on the throttle but its not doing its job. is there suppose to be another seal in the plastic duct or what? please help. id love to get this figured out

did some digging and found its a common problem and a simply fix, that is if i had a telephone cord. who uses those anymore?

- Make sure your two rubber mounts that fit over the two alignment posts on your throttle-body are present; &

- Get a new seal.

im with LB here, just replace them, they might be special order from your dealer, but they are not that expansive will shave you a headache
