Default Turns out it wasn't a leak

I took my central locking system pump out and took it apart. The flywheel inside the pump was toast so I ordered a new (used) one. Only problem is now my remote is not coded for the new pump, which controls the alarm. How do I go about getting my remotes working with my keyless entry and alarm system again?

Default this should work....

1)insert key in ignition and turn til dash is lit and roll down window
2) lock door with another key
3) press unlock key on remote once only and alarm will beep
4) unlock and lock the door with key.
5) remote should now function.

Default Absolutely worked great! This is why I post in 12v forum - helpful, smart, so much more mature!

Thanks Jestnomen, and everyone else in the 12V forum, for being patient with a relatively new Audi owner with lots of at times trivial questions.
