Default One-sided razor blade--one easy, nice, clean, straight cut and then trim the bottom off

I just took it out of a box-cutter (from my handi-dandy airplane hijack kit :-P) and then pressed it through the rib by hand. I would not use anything with a handle--not enough room. However, the sharp chisle also sounds like a good idea.

if you can get 5 men to surround and hold the airbox securely while you do the cutting, mission should be accomplished..
