Default What's the verdict on ram air incuction with the 12 valve?

I've been doing a lot of reading on this forum today. I've indeed learned a lot. I am going to enlarge the intake on the filterbox. Would piping the wind in from a scoop under the bumper be a positive approach to better induction?

Regards Michael

some people have sacrificed a fog light for a intake duct and routed that to there air box.

you will get some "mild" boost this way.

The B4 12V airbox flows real good. It is a good design and I prefer it over a cone. It comes with a stock Velocity stack on the intake side. Add a Velocity stack on the exhaust side and it just works better.

Default It's the best option for intake IMO. In my sig you can see the air duct...

in the fog light position. I have one on each side and route them to the airbox using 3" "accordian" tubing. It makes a noticable difference at speed.

Also, I didn't sacrifice fog lights as I have them integrated into the headlights.
