Hard Starting
It has become particularly difficult to start the car (3-4 trys). This is especially apparent when the car has been sitting for 7-10 hours in sub-freezing weather. The car was at the dealer this summer and they replaced the computer but that hasn't fixed the problem. Any ideas?

Search for cold start tsb
It has a list of diagnostic checks
Vag to see which cyl is missfiring (useally #4)
Check plugs
Coil packs (switch pack locations and see if problem follow pack. If so replace pack ((replace all 4)))
Check inj's
If none of above, replace all 8 straps. This is expensive if out of warrenty since they are under the cams
