Killer Crawdaddy 01 S4

Whats up. New here. Have a coup. quest. for fellow s4 enthusiast. First why is it that nobody makes a god damn pump housing for the auxiliary water pump. You know the four phillips head screws hold it on? Please inform if misled !!! Second my cam chain tensioners are getting a little noisy. ( funny its after i just did valve cover and tensioner gaskets )I was wondering if they can be rebuilt or cleaned , if not then is there any way to check used ones for "quality assurance" thank you for any info !
