Default Clutch peadle problem

CLutch releases n engages fine but pedle spring up is verry slow. I also just replaced the clutch 2 a stage 3 clutchmasters clutch and a new slave cylinder. I have always had this problem since i baught the car. Could it be a master cylinder behind the pedle or pedle spring?

Default disconnect the master slave arm from the pedal and push the arm in/out manually

the pedal spring is a very strong spring which is probably fine. my master slave cylinder was sticky when releasing so i replaced it and problem was solved.
