engine first start after ko4....
so i just reinstalled my engine after changing my turbos to ko4, i also changed valve cover gaskets timing belt water pump coolant temp sensor cam seals spark plugs did some piggies so long story short wasnt an easy job but i put everything back in first start up i get 2 codes p1230 which is cyl 6 short to ground and cyl 6 misfire and cant figure out why i get these codes if i didnt take anything off the top end of my engine does anyone know the culprit to this so i can actually start driving my stage 3 for the first time

Swap the plugs around on your ICMs and see if the misfire code jumps to cylinder bank 1. If it doesn't, look closely at the wire looming going to cyl. 6 coilpack. It's nearest to the hook for your engine hoist. Could have damaged it during removal. Latent heat from the engine makes the stock looming very brittle after 10 or so years. While you're there, check the plug condition and gap and inspect the coilpack for any cracks on top of the unit itself.
If the code jumps cylinder banks, it's your ICM (unlikely). I would say you have a short in the coilpack harness, a bad coilpack or a fouled plug.
