Default ACK 2.8 ltr V6 - misfire or what?

The engine has started juddering occasionally. This phenomenon appears when engine has warmed up to normal temperature, but never when engine is cold. Shock is very strong and brief. I have scanned engine fault codes and there is not any fault codes. Then I logged into the engine controllers measuring block in channels 15 and 16 and found that cyl1/cyl5 has misfire status between 0,6...6,5 ms while the rest of cylinders has misfire status 0.

Please tell me what does this mean?
