Anyone tried to remove mechanical radiator cooling fan and replace with electric ones?

Default Anyone tried to remove mechanical radiator cooling fan and replace with electric ones?

In the neverending search for more HP, this is a way to get some. I wonder if you could swap the 4.2 stock system with the twin electric fans system in the RS6? Anyone looked at this?

Default And the same idea to the next level...

Remove the mechanical thermostat and belt-driven water pump. Replace with variable speed electric water pump that circulates only the minimum water flow necessary.<ul><li><a href="http://www.daviescraig.com.au/main/display.asp?pid=8">Davies Craig</a></li></ul>
