Replace 2.7 with 4.2?

Replace 2.7 with 4.2?
I have a 2001 AllRoad w/ the 2.7T considering replacing with a 4.2 because I may need to put a lot of money into the 2.7.
Does anyone here know how complicated it would be to pull the 2.7 and put in a 4.2?
Is it as easy and pulling out one motor and putting in another or would I also have to replace things like....
Transmission
Radiator
Make Motor Mount Mods
Eletrical mods etc...
