Default 5 (depending upon your comfort level)

It is really in the same neighborhood as the valve cover gasket job. I'd raise the difficulty due to the potential to messup the timing. Also assuming it is a straight swap and the tensior guide rails have not disintegrated...if that is the case, leave the top open and next step is to drop the oil pan, replace pickup tube, etc....
If all goes well it is more like a 4, if you run into issues...more like a 7.
Take off front bumper, service position, remove valve cover, remove tensioner....I'd say a 2 to 4 hour job if you have never done it.

I did it in under 3 hours. Easy. But really scary lol dont wanna Fack up the cams.

Default 2-3 hours, get a friend to help you, helps having another pair of hands with the cams.

It will also make you feel better to have another set of eyes as you check and re-check and check again on the timing

It can be kinda messy and will take you about 3-4 hours
