19x9 with a 35 offset WILL rub your front fenders for sure. I have 19x8.5 wheels, 35 offset (more)
and with the car lowered more than 1.5" from factory sport settings, they rub the inside of the front fenders. Your 9" wide wheels will stick out another .25" more than mine, so they will definately rub.

225 might be too thin...
for a 9" wheel. Depends on the tire i guess.
I rubbed with 19x8 235/40/19 et30 sitting 25 3/4" off the ground (tight one finger). I had to raise it to 26" all around and now i don't rub. Spring rates may also be a factor, but i don't know much... All i know is trial and error.
Good luck.

Can I fit 19x9 with 235/35 or will it rub also will the tires not really fill up the 9" wide wheels?
