2002 A4 - Bose stereo
I'm buying a 2002 A4 3.0 6-speed...from a dealer in Texas. I'll do the road trip to buy the car on Thursday but I'm told it has the Bose stereo. Does it have any insignia, etc., on the stereo to note that? How to tell...other than sound quality? THanks!

First, try the other A4 forum - this one is for the '96-'01 models
Second, on our Bose systems (at least on my Symphony head unit), when you turn it on, "Bose" shows up in the display briefly. Also, the speakers have a small Bose badge on the grille. I would think the B6 A4 is similar, but the place to ask is the other forum. Congrats on the purchase.
