Does anybody know the part # of the relay that has to be modified?? I want to get one from a dealer before removing the original....

The part number is on the relay....it's $115. You shouldn't need it.Fairly simple to do.

before removing the original...I also want to make sure the dealer's part dep't. orders the right part, if you know what I mean.....

I modified mine, but instead of removing the pins and filing them down, I just bent them over at 90 degree angles toward the outside of the box and used electrical tape to cover them up. This way, if you ever do want to put it back to stock, all you have to do is undo the soldering on the board and bend the pins back up.

You can modify the relay inside without cutting any pins.

I understand, but your part about the pins is what I'm going to follow.......
