A4 KO4 loss of power trouble shoot
My A4 has lost alot of power recently. I'm thinking its some type of tuning issue. When I first got the car it would scream; much pep even under light acceleration. Now it seems to bog down alot, but occasionally the r's will rap up like they should ( or used to). This mod list might give an idea.
late '98 A4 1.8 TQ
KO4 Turbo
wetterhauer Chip
super sprint Hurcules exhaust
K&N filter
I recently cleaned the filter and installed denso iridium spark plugs trying to improve. this seemed to work but quickly losing out again.
Slight miss present at idle.
