ABS Problem?

ABS Problem?
I replaced my wheels and rotors last week Now when coming to a stop, (Around 1-2 mph) it feels like my ABS kicks in. Even if I'm not pushing the brake, but am coming to a crawling stop, you can hear it kick in.
I didn't have to remove the sensors in the front when changing my rotors, but I did have to remove and put the rear sensors into the new rear rotors. My question is, if the rear sensors are not seated properly, could it possibly cause the problem I'm having? Would a VAG COM be able to see anything with the braking system?

i had it b4, abs sensor dirty or (more)
.. check your abs sensor,
it is probably clogged/dirty with muds/grease when you replaced it.clean it.
or the cable/wire to tbe sensor is damaged
fix this by replacing wire if resistance is infinte (continuity test)
or wire is clipped/bend by something when you put in the rotor. Just put it back properly.
in anyway, you have to take off the wheel to get to the sensor
