Default AEB block>>>> machine shop

During our visit to the machine shop which I use the sprawling canvas of discussion happened to cover a pair of V12 cylinder heads from oh say a Alfa Romeo F1 engine. Just WOW. Yeah so my little weed whacker AEB block was pathetic in a shop occupied by some very serious engines. At least my engine block is in good hands. Once the block is inspected it will be machined to accomodate the 2.0 crank and 83mm pistons.

Default 1.9 is my plan

so i don't have to deal with changing the crank, im shaft, extra machine work , etc etc. and stil have a better rod/stroke ratio than the aba crank in an aeb block gives.

Default Ahh...

you couldn't do what he is doing anyways with the AWM. only aeb/atw. So 1.9L would be your best bet IMO.

Default I bet he could with the right crank... one for the 06A/06B block setup.

like an ALT (2.0 20v NA) crank 06A-105-021-s which is a domestically stocked crankshaft I dunno what its from probably a VW 2.0 jetta/golf of recent production.
