airbag warning question...

airbag warning question...
when it is cold outside my airbag light comes on when i start the car and stays on for a few minutes, starts to flask and thenslowly turns off. ive taken it to the dealer and they cant reproduce it(of course!). has anyone experienced this?

This may not help, but if your CE light malfunctions, the airbag light will......
stay on for about 3 minutes after starting the car. Not exactly the same symptoms but I tried to help anyway.

thanks...
i'm gonna take my car in during winter break when i know the light will come on. the problem is the car HAS to be cold for it to happen. it never happens in the summer. im hoping it is just a loose connection or jsut the cold playing a trick on it

something else to keep in mind
if the airbag light is on then the airbag system is disabled. Mine stayed on when my audio insaller took out the front seat with the ignition on. I was told that my airbags would not deploy until the light was cleared. so be careful for thoose first few miles on cold mornings!
