Anybody have any idea what the noises are coming from behing my dash/stereo?

Recently I've noticed loud rthymic clicking noises that sound like they're coming from inside the center module behind the stereo or somewhere in that area in my 98 A4. The noises start when I have just the electrical system on, any idea? Thanks

Sounds like it is a vent motor that switchs between the dash vents and floor vents.

A friend of mine had his fixed at the dealer and now it is making the same noise again.
