Anyone else live where there SHOULD to be an Audi dealer?
There was always an Audi dealer here in Little Rock as long as I can recall until about 7 years ago. The dealer that carried them dropped it for Infiniti! What a lame trade!! Of course that was back in Audi's dark days.... There are A4's all over town, but no dealer. It gets serviced at the local VW outlet.
I realize Little Rock isn't huge, but at 570,000 MSA, I would be willing to bet that it's the largest metro area in the US without an Audi dealer!
Anyone else feel left out??

The thought had crossed my mind!
My father-in-law is a GM dealer and I've hinted that he ought to launch an Audi-Porsche dealer. The margins for Audi's and Porsches are much higher (or at least they use to be before GM started selling "trucks" for 45k!). We'll see!

Yeah. Eugene, OR.
There are BMW and VW dealers here but no Audi. The nearest ones are in Portland (1.5 hrs) and Bend (2 hrs). The Eugene area is 250,000 or so folks and I've only seen 3 other A4s.
The VW dealer can't/won't do waranty work on my A4.

Lexington, Ky.
I grew up there, and there used to be one (PInchback.) Now, there's just a VW dealership. I'm not sure what the MSA pop. is there, but I'm certain it's sufficient to support an Audi outlet. It doesn't hurt that there's a lot old money living in the Bluegrass region.

I feel your pain. I drive 140-miles roundtrip Oxford, MS to Memphis TN for service....
I wouldn't mind except that I have to take a day off from work, drive up (I usually leave the house at 6a.m. so I can get there when they open) wait 3-4 hours and have the service manager tell me that they will call when the parts come in (I am currently waiting on sunroof track and belt tensioner). I then have to use another vacation day to get the car back to Memphis for the repair.
The practical side of me wishes I had bought a Nissan, Toyota, Ford or Chevy (only local dealers), but I am willing to put up with distant service and a few nitpicky problems to drive a car with a soul. I do hope these things work themselves out before the warranty expires in 3-months.
