If you're running stock turbo it's not worth it!

But if your running a bigger turbo then it works nicely. You can use it as a peak and hold setup. Relief valve sets you peak and regulator handles the hold part. If you are running the stock turbo it will spool so fast with a mbc that you will get overboost codes.
