Default Got your email. Yeah, still alive. Don't you ever hit the '02 forum?...

I poke around in there cause of my my possible interest in a new Avant. I've been so damn busy, man. How often do you get up here still?

Default Was up last weekend...but spent most of the time under the car aka a few hours

I usually slack around and then come up there way later in the day than planned get the car jacked up and then run out of sunlight cause I started at 4 :-( Then out comes the droplight etc etc...and I end up not getting everything I had planned to done.

I may come up later tonight / tomorrow or not at all...who knows. I still need to bleed my brakes and clutch and do another few things...change my oil and such. I probably won't get it done tho cause I'll lag and get up there late...unless I come up today or tonight at which point I'll be golden as long as I get up early.

Later,

James R.

Default You have a brake bleeder?...

I actually have to do my rear brakes sometime soon. I was going to order one from Griot's but if you already have one maybe we can do it one weekend soon. I have to do my oil too. I'm almost at 60K! I think I'm going to have to wait a couple months to do the timing belt though. Post holiday/pre tax day economic situation ;-)

Default Hehe ok we'll make an event of it maybe...

Yeah I have the Motive Products pressure bleeder. I want to do a full bleed...as in use the laptop to fire the ABS pump etc type bleed get EVERY last drop out of the system.

Oil is pretty easy...so are the brakes, getting the car up off the ground is IMHO the biggest bitch.

Regards,

James R.
