APR vs. GIAC, I can't decide! socket module is 100 less than EMCS, but. . .
at least if something goes wrong I can call APR directly and get an answer, GIAC has no direct number, I have to call one of their dealers and then they will call GIAC to figure out what is wrong.

Calling a dealer isn't necessarily a bad thing. Take PES or AWE (both GIAC distributors).
Both have received very high marks for their customer service, and both are extremely knowledgable tuners. If they don't already have an answer for you when you call, they will certainly find it.
