Hello,

I recently ordered a steering rack for my 1996 A4 Quattro, and was sent one that clearly is not the same; it doesn't have that extra... piece, on the passenger side, that separates the boot into two pieces.

I just want to make sure that, if it connects properly, which it most likely will, that it won't cause any problems. I know it's not the FWD/Koyo gear at least, so I have that going for me.
