Personally, I'd go for the OZs and run a 245 if those wheels can fit it
Roll fenders as needed to make them fit. 17s would mean lower cost for tires - and if you plan on tracking the car regularly that's a nice plus. I believe the CH rims have been found to be even heavier than claimed by BBS/TireRack/etc (on the order of 25lbs per rim - other respondents can probably substantiate this better than I can.)
Even though I will be able to afford a higher-end set of track wheels, I'm probably still going to stick to the $99/rim Flik FTDs for reduction in cost; if my limited experience with amateur motorsports (Rallycross with the 12v) proves true once you really get into it, you aren't going to care so much about looks/bling/prestige as you would sheer functionality and eking every bit of
performance from every mod and every dollar.
I don't know where you are with your personal level of development in tracking your car, but I'd take the OZs now and move on to something more serious/expensive as time went on and you wanted the additional room for rubber (Custom-drilled 17x9 SSRs, such as the ones Mandeep runs, are the secks in my opinion)
