Bittersweet: Just received a deposit on the Avant..... happy/sad day.
I hate selling it, but it's going to a very good enthusiast owner... and a fellow AW'er! Yay. The way it should be really, right!? ;-P
So assuming it all works out my baby will be in MA (ironic as that's where I bought it and the first owner used it)

3.8 TDI into a built Rover Disco running biodiesel.
Already have the motor/trans/transfer and have located several potential trucks already.... best one is in Tennessee though FTL. That's a lot of driving back to Maine. We'll see......

Yup, sorry. ;( Meant to email you - we'll see though, he's coming on Monday to check it out.
Can't imagine why he'd not take it but i told him I'd happily refund the deposit if he doesn't want it for some reason. I'll let you know.

btw, did you mention that you were getting into biodiesel production, or was that somebody else. email me if interested...i have a source for bioD in the NE...a rather LARGE source. ;-)
