now before the flaming starts let me say i really like this board, i've gained a lot of knowledge and a nice set of swings from it. but it could use some improvement, instead of flaming noobs for stupid questions, there should be a sticky thread with board guidelines. addressing this. and second i hate that it dosen't bump threads. theres lots of posting here and if you have a question that may take some time to get answered it gets buried too quickly. i find it just as annoying as the rest of you do when someone asks, "whats a diverter valve" but remember, at some point in time none of us knew the answer to that question. instead of getting annoyed why dosen't someone try and change things.
