Boston owners...need your help...What dealers offer loaners?
I'm getting my car serviced at Rietzl (Norwell)and am miffed that I'm about to drop $1000+ for 60K service and timing belt change and they don't offer loaners.
My wife gets loaners from her Saab dealer even for a simple oil change service. I would hope that a Porsche/Audi dealer would aim to provide superior service than a GM owned Saab dealer!
Anyway, I plan to write a nice little letter to Mr. Rietzl about his no-loaner policy and I need a little local market data.
Can you let me know if any of the other Boston area dealers offer loaners?
Those that come to mind are Ira, Clair, Bernardi, Brookline, Father & Sons, Pass & Weisz
Also, If you know about dealers of competitive brands (MB, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, etc) that offer loaners that would be great as well!
Thanks!
Dave

Thanks Dave...much appreciated by the other Boston area owners...
I've only had one service done and it was at Ira. I waited, and so did everyone else that went there that morning. So I'm not sure if they do loaners.
