My A4 Auto has a brake pedal that is Italian, very high up such that the foot has to be lifted way off the trottle to depress the brakes. Noticed in the other cars the brakes are not that high. My foot becomes very uncomfortable because of this. Is there a way to adjust the pedal offset lower for comfort. IT WILL definitely not reach within 4 ins to firewall no matter how I try it.<br>

The brake pedal position is supposedly a result of the unintended acceleration issue. I think somebody on this forum once mentioned a modification or a replacement pedal. Check the archives.<p>Kyle
