Default Brake Problem (Long)

I have recently replaced all my front control arms, new front struts and strut mounts, new steering rack, new front rotors and pads.

Last year I replaced brakes all round and after a month it started to get brake judder, I got them machined and it went away for about 2 weeks then came back, thats when I decided to replace all the **** that was worn out on the car and also replace the front brakes again.

well low and behold my brake judder is back again after all this work. So it obviously wasnt any of the above that caused it, I discovered that the front left abs sensor was dirty (causing abs to kick in at low speeds) so I cleaned that and it got rid of the abs kickin in problem, but the brake judder is there and getting worse.

Is it possible the abs sensor issue could have caused this to occur damaging the surface of the new rotor's, or has someone else had a similar issue that may be common or something???

Thanks in advance

Default This has got me stumped (Long)

The audi speciailist reccomended them I cant remember the name.

I measured the temp of each wheel and the two front wheels where exactly the same, when cruising at around 110kph (69mph) also there is a bit of a ride vibration which is exadurated when you put the foot on the brake lightly. (almost feels like there is a flat spot on a tyre, which I had checked and balanced and they are ok). The only noticable thing is there is a bit more brake dust build up on the front left wheel.

When they where beding in the front left made a whoop whoop noise at between 20-50mph for about the first 50kms, which only came back when you turned a corner within the next 200ish kms, it would go away if you dabbed the brake pedal slightly and occur again when taking off from a stand still. It completly dissapeared though after 200ish kms.

Brakes where perfect for the next 1000kms.

Ive got it booked in locally on wednesday I'll get them to check the lug tightness and the calipers to see if they are sticking. If the ABS sensor was dirty on the left its prety easy to doubt that they cleaned the slides.

It also seems to be exaturated only slightly when you corner. (There is also no noticeable tyre or bearing noise).

This has me stumped.
