Default You just need one Torx screwdriver. (T25 perhaps?)
You can use scissors and electrical tape for the rest until you get tools.

Default No I was saying that regular scissors could cut the wiring. But for the X number of dollars you'd..
pay to have it done. you could buy a Dremel and a screwdriver and STILL be up money, and you'd have some more tools, and you'd at least be sure some idiot didn't butcher your fenders.

Unless of course, you are an idiot and in fact will butcher your fenders.
