Can some help me with *possibilities* of a fuel/mileage problem ?
Car still under warranty, and I know something is wrong, and I don't want the dealer to tell me nothing is wrong. How shall I articulate the problem to the dealer?
Lately, I am getting lower mileage per tank. Even with mostly highway, I get 270 miles max. 320+ is normal for me as I drive conservatively.
No CELs annd no error codes.
Only thing I noticed was occasional rattling sound from the cam shaft tensioner or the kombi valve(smog pump) at certain low rpms. this sound is easily replicable.
A search on AW archives yielded a possible vaccuum leak at hoses connecting the secondary air pump.
What are the possibilities for this sorta fuel/mileage problems and how do I start trouble-shooting.
