No guarantee you will only need that much torque to crack the bolts
It's possible you'll need more in some cases. You shouldn't, but if a lug seizes or something like that...
Plus, every single use of a torque wrench moves it further out of calibration, a minute amount for sure, but it's still affecting it. The more you use it, and the more torque you put on it per use, the quicker it will lose calibration.
