Default Car is being a biatch......

.....When I am in first around 2.5k OR second around 2.5k, and I mash the pedal dwon, I feel a shuddering movement in my lower back that I think is coming from the back. THe shuddering movement of the car goes away around 3.2k rpms and everything is fine again. I am running Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires, and it almost feels like onfe of the wheels is lipping, or even the ABS brakes are kicking in, but not stopping me (I hope that made sense). I doubt that is the actualy problem, but thats what it feels like.

Any ideas? its a 2000 A4 2.8QMC

check the air intake. I'm not kidding, if the connection to the airbox is loose, this will happen.

Default Its not the clutch.........not yet

Had the same problem...replaced spark plugs and MAF meter and the shuddering is gone 90% i do have some, but is barely noticeable. Some people here have told me i the clutch. My car only does that when im in 4th gear under WOT.

Default 13 tickets in 3 years?

Thats like a Stasis Tracksport suspension man.

You should get a V1 and track more (to get these urges out of your system)
