I like mine but don't have anything to compare it to.
From what I've heard, Wett America also has good customer service.

Who ever has Local support nearby, GIAC 30 miles away, I went GIAC........
but, now APR has support 45 miles away, I went Stage III.
Local support being, if ever you need a VAG reading, updated software, or just incase something does'nt seem right.
