I have been having electrical problems ever since Tweeter installed the wires to my amp.. It was a mistake to let the do it, I know this now..

But I saw smoke comming out of my trunk.. Did some investigatin and found that where they mounted the wire at, its really hot... So they must have drilled right into the wire... In the beginning I explained to them that something was wrong... They tried to say to me that I must have drilled into something when I mounted the amp..... Then I so kindly told the retard that I did not drill at all, that installled my amp with out drilling... He did not have much to say after that, but that they did not drill into any wires and I would have to goto AUDI to deal with the electrical problem..

Well now I know for sure they did, I just need to take off the back panel to get at the wires and take some nice pics... This really sucks and pisses me off..

Anyone have ideas what I should say, and should I go right to their corporate with my complaint..??

I have bought a lot at tweeter... I love that store, I always go there.. Damn the sales guys are on a first name basis with me... But after getting into an argument with their install staff, I am really pissed....
