Ok so i have a 1998 A4 quattro 5 speed. i recently replaced the transmission speed sensor and everything has been fine since because it was clearly broken when i removed it. But lately i been noticing a problem only when the car is warm. The speedo stops almost completely but bumps up and down every so often and the fuel gauge moves with the throttle like a boost gauge. this morning when it was cold again everything was fine. a while back when it started i had a code in the engine for low voltage but it hasnt been on since all this started. im almost positive its not the cluster but it sounds more like a wiring issue i just wouldn't know which ones to check first. if anyone has an idea please get back to me its been driving me crazy and im going on vacation this week and kind of need the speedo to work.

It sounds like the cluster, I would run the Vag.com test when it's warm.

Im goin to the shop today to run the VAG on it and ill see what it tells me.
