I can trade it in on an 01-02 S4 and keep my payments almost the same! I still owe a few bucks on it, but talked to the service guy at the dealer I got a job at.
The car has 80K miles on it.
60K service (wasn't done yet) $300
Tires $450
Throttle body cleaning $250
Fix power lumbar in drivers $???
Time to trade it in on a lower mileage, twin turbo hot rod!

60k service is fluids and filters
DIY for much less than $300. I'm sure someone here can point you to instructions for cleaning the throttle body. Tires - can't help you there, but you'll need to buy them for the S4 anyway at some point so that's a wash. The lumbar - hmm, try searching. You can't be the first one to have that problem. :-)
