Darn it...I heard a crack in my rear door...and now my window won't stay up! Any ideas?

do you here the motor run when you try to roll it up?......

It's not the window guides...it's a small round white piece that appears to have the cable run
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/47497/img_3397_-_crop_small.jpg"></center><p>"around" it....maybe as a pulley?
Here is a picture of it....anyone have any idea? It's between 1.25" and 1.5" in diameter or so.
